The Small Business package is ideally suited to businesses that do not want to sell their product or service on-line using a shopping cart, but still want to showcase what they have to offer. The low set-up fee and monthly cost helps free up cash flow, making your on-line presence an affordable option for all businesses.
You can have as many pages on your website as you like (providing they will fit within your chosen template), and you can have up to 10 email addresses, on a domain of your choosing (providing it is available).
We will set up your website for you with blank pages ready for you to enter your text, or if you prefer, you can supply us with your graphics and text electronically and we will place it for you.
The package includes everything you need to establish your website on-line. All the costs are rolled into one low manageable monthly fee - you deal with just one supplier, and you get just one bill. Not only that, but once we have built your website, you can maintain it yourself (providing you have use of a computer with Internet access), without the need to involve us, if you choose. We will provide documentation on how to manage your site, how to take backups to protect your data, and also include some Search Engine Optimisation tips to help you with your Search Engine rankings. Alternatively we are always available to support you. We have a pay-as-you-go support option as well as pre-paid support (which is much more cost effective).

Basic SEO is included free in the Small Business and E-commerce packages. The SEO add on takes the search engine optimisation to a new level. The SEO add on is not restricted to existing e-commerce or small business subscribers. We offer this product to all website operators, including those that have not been built by us.

Imagine your website with a beautiful picture gallery displayed on the front page. Perfect for any business that uses a lot of imagery in order to help sell its products or services, you may choose to have one image that updates every few seconds, a large image together with a number of smaller ones available for selection, or a gallery view with thumbnails of all your work.
The Gallery add-on is a must-have for artists and photographers but also, not quite so obviously, be fantastic for jewellery shops, model agencies and advertisers to name just a few. If you use pictures to sell your products then the Gallery add-on could be for you. Lots of websites are now taking the opportunity of featuring a rotating banner of products on their main page to showcase featured items and special or seasonal offers.
This is an add-on for the Small Business and E-commerce packages only. You upload your images through the same administration interface that you use to edit your website content. Documentation and instructions will be provided.
Email Newsletters
Set-up: $229 Per Mailshot $149
Email newsletters are a great way of keeping connected to the people who mean the most to your business or organisation (your customers and potential customers) by helping to build familiarity and confidence in your brand. In addition, great e-newsletters help drive repeat business, new sales, event attendance, donations, and more.
To help you get to grips with Email Newsletters we will:
Set up a template for the email newsletter so that your corporate image is maintained.
Create an email marketing widget for your site to allow visitors to join your mailing list
Import an existing email database
You then have the option to produce the regular mailshots yourselves using the template, or we can produce it for you (priced as detailed above). This allows you ultimate flexibility. You may like us to produce the first one for you which you can then use as an example in the future, you may wish to use our services if you have an especially complicated version to produce, or just if you don’t have the time - it's up to you.
Emails sent out are branded with the supplier logo. In order to remove this logo there is a fee of USD3c per email sent.

The Social Media add-on allows you to integrate your website with popular social media outlets.

Support
Pre-paid support is the most cost effective way of buying support time. The more time you buy the cheaper per hour it gets. You are entitled to use all of your monthly allocation, but any remaining time at the end of the month is not rolled over. If you exceed the monthly allocation, you have the option of going to pay-as-you-go for the amount over, or upgrading to the next tier of pre-pay support. Support is purchased in advance and in 3 month blocks.
Pre-pay Support costs are as follows:
1 hour per month: $89
2 hours per month: $159
4 hours per month: $269

Pay as you go support is charged at $120 per hour, we are always available at the other end of the phone :)
Support hours can be used for anything website or IT related. You purchase the support, we support you, and it's that simple! We won't say "that isn't covered by your support contract!".

How does all of this work?
The Small Business and E-commerce package websites are built using a "Content Management System" which enables you to manage the content on your website yourself. You do not need to be a computer whiz to do it, just basic computer skills (and a computer with Internet access of course), is all you need. Alternatively if you can't spare the time to maintain the website yourself we also offer support contracts, or pay-as-you-go...it's up to you.
Included in your monthly fee is your website hosting (where your website resides on the Internet), with unlimited bandwidth, and unlimited storage. This means that we don't restrict the amount of use (hits) your website gets, or the amount of data you have on your website. You also get a free* .com, .net, or .org domain name which you can use to direct your customers to your website. You can choose any domain name you like providing it hasn't been taken already. The domain you choose ideally should be suitable for your business. For example a plumber might choose a domain like "drains-r-us.com". This name (if available) would form the address for the website as in www.drains-r-us.com and an email address like helpme@drains-r-us.com.
We offer up to 10 email mailbox addresses included free with your subscription. Each mailbox has unlimited email aliases. An email alias, is not a full mailbox, but an additional address that will arrive in the same mailbox. For example the mailbox address might be david@drains-r-us.com, but there might be several aliases for that mailbox such as sales@drains-r-us.com, helpme@drains-r-us.com and so on. These aliases all arrive in the same mailbox under the name david@drains-r-us.com
Also included in your monthly fee is a free premium design template for use on your website. Currently there are over 1200 different designs to choose from, and more are added every day. We will customise your template to include your business logo, if you have one, and use your corporate colours where possible. Each template is unique and some are more flexible than others to customise.
We charge a small set-up fee and an on-going monthly fee, the amount of which depends on which packages you choose. We offer pre-payment discounts across all of our products. For pre-payment of 12 months we offer a 5% discount, for 24 months a 10% discount.
